Welcome, this update features some newer Collectives to surge life into your world! All changes will be listed below per usual. In v1.4 we're looking to start implementing Sector 2 among other major updates, and 1.4 in addition will be our largest update to release! This update may very well put us into Alpha stages, but more is to come. For now enjoy v1.3! Oh yeah, we added a fresher character sheet design as well.
